Seminar on National Leprosy Elimination Program was organized at World College of Medical Sciences and Research / Maharaja Surajmal Hospital on 06/07/2017.

Dr. Indu Khurna (Dean , WCMSR) introduced the topic to Medical students. Awareness and treatment strategies have been explained to students by Dr. R.K.Choudhary (M.S., WCMSRH).

Main speaker of the Seminar Dr. Dinesh (Leprosy District Team Training In-charge) described, in detail about this illness by explaining primary symptoms and treatment options.

Dr. Dinesh also told student and attendees about leprosy elimination program in Haryana and its various aspects.

Program was managed by Dr. Niharika Singh, faculty members including Dr. Mahendra Nagar, Dr. Sarita Kanth, Dr. Ajay Verma, Dr. Bhagwat, Dr. Seema, Dr. Payal, Dr. Jasneet, Dr. Rajeev Ranjan, Dr. Ishteyaque, Dr. Archana, Dr. Prerna, Dr. Kamaljeet, Dr. Aakansha, Dr. Rajesh and Mr. Yash Tiwari Ji was present on the occasion. Program was also attended by all the medical students and staff of medical college.
