The Department of General Surgery at World College of Medical Sciences & Research Jhajjar, Haryana represents the core clinical and teaching unit for General Surgery at one of Haryana’s Premier medical institutions. It integrates comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and operative services.
Clinical role: The department manages a broad spectrum of surgical conditions — from common abdominal ailments to Urological disorders. It provides emergency surgical care as well as routine and advanced elective procedures.
Academic role: It is a major teaching and training hub for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students (including MS General Surgery trainees) and surgical residents, offering structured clinical exposure and research opportunities.
