Note:  Majority  of  the   patients  admitted  for   Phaco  and  other  Surgeries  are   being discharged on the same day.
 

Community Services:

The   Department  is  also  providing  services  to  the  needy  at  their  door  steps   by organizing community outreach eye camps in the rural areas and school health checkup camps every fortnight. The screening of children in the school health is being done for early   detection   of   lazy   eye    (Amblyopia),   refractive   errors    and   squint,   thereby preventing blindness in the children.
